Add WIP template text content to pages

Description

For pages like events, affiliates and other that are not live for the MVP we have template pages planned that will be similar to our documentation pages (icon on the right). Plan is to have these pages displayed with the left sidebar until they're released and then they'll migrate fully to the documentation only.
