Major changes

  1. Refresh session if token expires during delete message #3529
  2. Re-use the last desired patch on empty batch #3453
  3. Extract single place to set up indexers #3454
  4. Include controller version in logs #3473
  5. Propogate arbitrary labels from runnersets to all created resources #3157
