Description

This PR creates a new product for AI Transport within the docs. This will set the foundation for all contributors to provide their guides/features.

Note, there isn't currently an icon. Which will be added once I've got one from design.

This PR would merge the changes into AIT-129-AIT-Docs-release-branch, which is the release branch for all AIT related content for docs until we are ready for a release.
