Alias for /res

I wanted to make familiar regions for everyone, I switched from my plugin to Residences, changed the /res command in the descriptions and made an alias to the res command, but /res is still executed on clickable flags...
It turns out that the team is already broken, because now instead of /res — /rg and /region

Also, if I give out operator rights and take them away, I bypass all flag restrictions, this can be cured by restartiong server
