/maxhp command is fully bugged #10166

Description of Issue
maxhp command isn't giving the hp correctly, using the command /maxhp add rexmen 1 should give me 1 hp, but its giving random amount for diff players.
For a player it gave 10+ hearts for same command, and for diff player it gave just 1 hp no other plugin conflicting.
using the command /maxhp set holly 86 setted the total hp to 96 so math doesn't adds up, even if its counting default 20 hp 86+20 = ?????
