Fix: About Plasma 6.6 Issue

For those who came across Applet not working here are fixes. I did it with DeepSeek help. So extract Fixes.tar.gz and copy/paste edited by me those 2 files(PeekController.qml & main.qml) to /home/stefanm/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.win7showdesktop/contents/ui/ and overwrite it. Than open konsole and execute: systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell.service . Or restart PC.

I hope maintainer of this applet, Zren, will fix it so that when you install applet that it just works.

Well, I read the code, it's a rough solution and does not take configuration into account. Better than nothing, but not suitable for PR.

i fixed it, the only change that needed is in PeekController.qml file to change it to KWindowSystem

Love this applet, wish you could customize the default one as much as this one. Can't live without this haha

this fix works for you?

I replaced both of those files (tried without replacing main.qml the first time) and although the app loads and no error. Clicking the applet does not do anything to minimize/maximize. Only the little highlight color shows on the applet that says it is active. Open programs do not minimize/maximize.
