Support for progress option with extract

Added progress to extract options to report once each (valid) File entry has been processed.
Also added test.

Not sure why the tests are failing:

  1) test/openS3_v3.js get content of a single file entry out of a zip Could not load credentials from any providers:
     Error: Could not load credentials from any providers
      at Object.size (lib/Open/index.js:101:22)
