Updating Docusaurus

I have noticed that the develoiper portal is running v2.2.0 of Docusaurus, where I can see the [current version is now 3.5.0](https://docusaurus.io/blog/releases/3.5). 

Please can this be updated? I'd like to hope that some SEO issues with the platform may be resolved with these updates, as well as other enhancements.
