Context menu gets smaller and unreadable at higher FOVs, so scale the context menu depending on FOV? #991

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The problem is that at high FOVs, the context menu is unreadable on a 1080p screen.

I'll provide some examples.

60 FOV is fine:

90 FOV (which I usually play at) starts to become unreadable with smaller text (if you look at the "walk/run with climbing"):

120 FOV now starts to get really fuzzy, some things are hard to read or completely unreadable:

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like the context menu to stay the same screen size regardless of FOV. (probably 60 fov sized context menu?)

Describe alternatives you've considered

None really, I could theoretically use some ProtoFlux but I think that'd be kind of bleh for this.

Additional Context

I find myself having to squint at the context menu all the time because it's so hard for me to read sometimes.
