preprocess_gsmath dumps all indexed instances into annotated data/gsmath "gsmath_indexed_name.jsonl". It then dumps log reports of the failures into "gsmath_failed_name.jsnol". Changes are made directly to the gsmath_failed_name.jsonl file. preprocess_verify_gsmath.py can be run to verify if changes made to gsmath_failed_name work
