Description

This PR primarily renames the xai_learning library to xai_tensorflow_keras and ensures all compatibility. It also updates all the workflows in the example tab and some lines to be compatible with the latest tf version (2.11).

Notes

You may need to use the latest wheel from the action.

Notes:
KerasTrainImageClassifier.xircuits & KerasTransferLearning.xircuits are compiled into an empty python file.
