收回 #3776 里面这句话现在新发现里面还埋藏的远古配置代码：
routing下面的settings：里面的配置早已被移动到routing下面，而且已经标记为弃用已久。port：该来源应该为古老 V2Ray 版本中还没分化出 inbound 和 outbound 时的配置项，早已弃用。迟早还能发现有什么东西 deprecated 但是还留在那里的，明年能清理完吗不知道
