feat: Add process monitor 🔥

The system monitor (e.g. htop or Activity Monitor.app) only shows each wine process as wine64-preloader, which is basically not useful. This PR adds an internal monitor to Whisky for wine processes. Specifically:

• There is a new menu item (and keyboard shortcut Cmd-Shift-M) to open in a new window this monitor
• This monitor, when refreshed, shows all existing wine processes by app name (should we limit it to those spawned by Whisky ignoring other wine processes?) along with their process id and other useful information).
