Link to monetization-flows specification draft

While the monetization flows are defined in https://github.com/interledger/web-monetization-flows it would be good to add a promiment link across to that document from the main specification.

https://respec.org/docs/#otherLinks could be a good idea. If within spec content, we want that link to be in an informative section (non-normative).

Why wouldn't it be normative? They're a necessary part of the implementation of the web monetization specification?

The spec, from what I understand, doesn't intend to define the behavior of WM agents. They're free to choose how they want to monetize links. The flows spec is one of the implementations.

The WM spec only tells two things: there are link tags, and there are monetization events. Rest is intentionally left to implementations.

Ah okay that makes sense. In that case makes even more sense to add a link and explain that situation.

Fwiw I think that's a situation that might need to change to some extent but for now if that's the intention then it should be spelled out.

Do you have suggestions where exactly the link should be placed within the WM spec?

In yesterday's call, we thought adding a note (non-normative) to somewhere near the introduction or SOTD could be ok.
