Note

Medium Risk
Runtime/framework and dependency upgrades can introduce subtle compatibility or build/runtime regressions despite minimal functional code changes.

Overview
Updates the module to target net10.0 across Core/Data/Web and test projects, and bumps the module version to 3.1000.0.

Aligns dependencies with the new platform stack by updating VirtoCommerce.Platform.*/VirtoCommerce.SearchModule.Core versions, upgrading Elastic.Clients.Elasticsearch to 8.19.14, and updating test coverage tooling (coverlet.collector to 8.0.0). Adds a local warning suppression around FilterPath usage in ElasticSearchRequestBuilder to keep the existing response filtering without analyzer noise.
