Encryption issue

There is slight improvement in FileUpload.jsx , UploadPage.jsx , LetterEditor.jsx because i am passing the AES key as string to encrypt so algo using that key as secret passphrase to it not encrypting that using original key algo internally deriving other AES key but here i have to use the WORDARRAY representation instead...to pass the AES key
