I wolud replace the PhotoView since it has issues with larger images, and some memory leak.

I' would keep this pending untill I find somethiong else or I build a new one. (do you have any experience with ImageView that loads also large images like SubsamplingScaleImageView ? 😄)

Your request is way too specific, at this point it would make sense to fork and fix PhotoView itself, or take a full-featured rendering engine from Chrome browser.
