The related previous PR(#65) wasn't able to access the repository secrets required for initializing RAT. This could be because the PR was from my fork of RAT (pritamd47/RAT) which might not have the necessary permissions to access the repo secrets. Retrying creating this PR using a branch in UW-SASWE/RAT repository instead of pritamd47/RAT.
