This is a rough first cut, it will need some work still. Compiles, probably won't work though.
This mimics what is done for Entity Framework
After taking another look, isn't really anything to clean. It is more complex than I'd like but it is perfectly serviceable.
Simplifies the core entity builder and, if needed, an easier path to more overloads.

This continues on from #335 with using a common entity definition builder system to define the mapping both fluently and through the attribute convention/processor system.
The initial commit represents a mostly complete entity definition builder minus the final construction of the entity definition.
Additionally fixes #319
