Unrolls the loop over f16/f32/f64 to account for chalk-lab/Mooncake.jl#692.
Also updates a bunch of interfaces which are now different since they take reverse- and forward-mode arguments.
This PR fixes the precompilation issue with BijectorsMooncakeExt on recent versions of Mooncake.
