Google Analytics (GA) is mixing production and dev site traffic

The RT Guides site google analytics appears to mix production and dev version traffic together.  Ideally we would be able to easily exclude dev.

Possible solution:
Segment prod vs dev traffic, may just need a gtag added that is prod vs dev.
