Here's a docker image CI for your awesome project. Currently, I deploy it under my own docker registrar, hobart2967/mcrcon.
You can take it over if you like :) Required steps:
Configure DOCKER_REGISTRY_USERNAME and DOCKER_REGISTRY_PASSWORD in your GitHub Actions Secrets.
password needs to be a Personal Access Token. All possible using a docker free account (as its open source)
