Animations: Remove additional resources

Acceptance criteria

• In Transforms, in the first sentence of the "Basics of transforms" section, make "CSS transform functions" a link with https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Values/transform-function. There's no reason for this to need to be separated into an additional resources section.
• Remove the "Additional Resources" section entirely from the following lessons:
  • Transforms
  • Transitions
  • Keyframes
