음성녹음만 있는 경우 홈에서 empty view 처리를 했습니다 !
서버에서 isExistVoice 변수를 새로 보내줘서 변수 값이 true이고 내용이 비어있으면 emptyview를 띄웁니다.
기존에 만들어둔 UI 수정해서 세팅해줬습니다.
