Description of the changes in your PR
I updated the message about the rewrite at the top of the README, because it was outdated. I did so only in the English README though.
I also fixed the size of "Get it on F-Droid", because GitHub somehow changed how images are rendered. This is how is used to look (taken from wayback machine):
