This PR introduces a global Command Palette, accessible with Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on Mac), to streamline navigation across Cheesy Arena. The palette provides instant fuzzy search of all major pages and panels (Setup, Run, Panels, Reports, Displays, etc.), letting scorekeepers and FTAs jump directly to the view they need without digging through nested menus.
