Change compose box paradigm and design

Pitch

• Add compose box to home timeline
• Allow compose box to be popped up over page when hitting "new post" or replying
• Add markdown buttons (Bold, Italics, Underline, Strikethrough) below the input box
• Move privacy button to the left of the "Post"/"Publish!" button.
• Remove "Threaded Mode"
• Move "local-only" to Privacy button.
• Make Markdown the default post type

Motivation

Makes the compose box more intuitive for long-form content and take up less screen real-estate.

I actually dont like having the compose box hidden by a click, unless the idea is to simulate a more formal post style? or is the idea to have it be a modal that overlays on top? I think having a quick compose box where the current explore tags are (moving the tags down) would be nice, with an additional new post button for a more complex post.
