Create form view for swapping speakers between teams

Could be restricted to teams within an institution, but there should be an easy way to move speakers between teams (and potentially modify their team names for the new speakers). I think it would have to take the form of a wizard with two steps:

1. Select to/from teams
2. Select to/from speakers (lists populated from the selected teams)

I have actually made this feature already (with slightly different logic and purpose).

I made a separate branch for a special tournament format with the name "Fight Club". The idea of the tournament that the first round is a trivial BP, but in each consecutive round speakers are reshuffled based on their individual speaker scores, so each new round a new set of teams is created.

If you're interested in the implementation I have pushed fightclub branch in my fork. I am open to design a general solution for wider audience (e.g. without speakers reshuffling or making it optional).
