We all have questions to ask, but sometimes you might have a question that has already been answered! Here are some questions that are commonly asked.

Q. Help! TF2 Sandbox doesn't work!

It could be one of the reasons:

  1. SourceMod is not installed or is not updated. Version 1.6.3 and above is required.
  2. The plugin is not installed correctly.
  3. Some or all the required extensions are not installed or updated on the game server.
  4. Gamedata is missing or is outdated.

Please check with each of those reasons and correct them appropriately. You can type "sm plugins list" in your server console to see what are the errors.

Q. Server is crashing with your mod!

First, check if it's one of your plugin, update your gamedata, other plugins can cause crash if your gamedata is outdated.

This usually caused by Team Fortress 2 update, you can download updated gamedata, which is linked down below, or if you want to update your gamedata manually (ADVANCED USERS ONLY!), go to this site.

Latest Gamedatas:

If updating the gamedata does nothing, then send in an issue about it here.
