Japanese translation (partial) for Subtitle Edit 5

I have been using Subtitle Edit 5 regularly and created a Japanese translation file (Japanese.json) based on actual usage.

This translation focuses mainly on commonly used UI elements such as menus, settings, OCR, and playback functions. Some parts are still incomplete or may need refinement.

If useful, please feel free to review or incorporate it. I would be happy to make further improvements based on feedback.
