sonic jam: a sound bug while initiating the credits theme in sonic 3 and knuckles/sonic and knuckles

this bug happens when you beat sonic 3 and knuckles or sonic and knuckles with sonic or tails, se sound tries to play immediately but freaks out for a moment when it plays skipping part of the few seconds in the starting credits. idk if this problem can reproduce in knuckles ending but this doesn't happen in mednafen.

I'm pretty sure this is a CD Block issue, and is probably fixed by enabling low-level CD Block emulation.

This should be looked into, of course.

this was using lle cd block, without it it whould sound nothing in the ending sequence at that time before transitioning into the credits sequence

oh and while playing a music of any game in jam in music shop for random moments it do the same thing as playing the game without cd block lle, but it's random and doesn't happen everytime

i tested the usa version and still the same problem, it's global, and maybe worse in the pal version of the game because it's running 10 frames less than it's ntsc counterparts, so i'll change to throw the region and revision and make it global problem for this game
