ability to use as a reverse proxy

rather than deploying a full addon, allow pushing a special repo that just instructs beamup to reverse proxy some specific origin

e.g. if you only have a REV_PROXY file with content Origin=https://some-origin, beamup would rev-proxy that

why someone would want to use it: to use beamup as a CDN + caching
