Replace org.sonar.api.utils.log.Logger

In sonar-csharp-plugin and sonar-dotnet-shared-library, we use org.sonar.api.utils.log.Logger and org.sonar.api.utils.log.Loggers, which are deprecated. We should find an appropriate replacement.
