Increasing Virtual Memory fixed this issue for me.

To increase virtual memory (page file) in Windows, access System Properties, navigate to the Advanced tab, select Performance Settings, then the Advanced tab again, and under Virtual Memory, click Change. Uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives," select "Custom size," and enter your desired initial and maximum sizes
