Add WUD to DOT<>KSM bridge

Hi guys,

Would love to experiment with WUD on Kusama. I have seen and tested WUD to ETH trough the Snowbridge. Works pretty well, congratz team!

I have been reading the Docs and did not find something about asset registry, let me know when I missed a piece. Would love to do it myself otherwise could someone help me out?

Hey the asset registry is discovered based on indexing onchain metadata. The process is manual and triggered by this script.

So the process would be that we would register WUD on Kusama if it does not already exists. And then we would re-run the discovery script, publish an updated registry, and then publish our Dapp with the updated registry. That should enable WUD transfers to KSM.

This is something we can schedule to be done.

That's great! Can you send me some links to find the asset? Tried to find on Subscan and in polkadot.js.org without success so far.

Also: does something need to happen, like a deposit or something? Because I also can not see WUD on the tab snowbridge.network/kusama

Do you want to register on Asset Hub Kusama a Kusama WUD (different token than Polkadot WUD)? Or do you want to bridge Polkadot WUD over to Kusama?
