Flatpak release and publishing in Flathub

Verification in Flathub isn't needed but could be nice.

As to why, such as "why not just use appImage"? AppImages depend on fuse2, which is unmaintained and depends on a SUID root binary. (https://secureblue.dev/faq#appimage)
Furthermore, releasing as Flatpak (particularly if on Flathub) allows for automatic updates, and better sandboxing.

Tauri v2 doesn't seem to have instructions for shipping flatpaks at https://v2.tauri.app/distribute/#linux. We ship the AppImage because Tauri builds it for us.

Seems possible but will require additional setup from a few minutes looking at it, I think this will better be fixed upstream, so I'll create an issue on their GitHub and mention this one in it.

This will be officially doable in 0.1 (https://github.com/Keshav-writes-code/Cherit/milestone/1) thus this is blocked by Keshav-writes-code/Cherit#32
This is currently doable with https://deploy-preview-2948--tauri-v2.netlify.app/distribute/flatpak/
To avoid in-dev issues from pre-release stuff we will instead wait for the more direct method to become usable.
