Mostly just addressing some simple additions from #376
• Removed Redundant "show public upload" card. "Allow Public Uploads" now does both:
api.pyfor signed out userrs• Added Support for Public Game Tagging in settings. When checked,
GameDetectionCard,GameSearch, and search inVideoModalare now accessible by signed-out users.
