Add game scan status indicator in sidebar

Added GameScanStatus.js component. When scanning for potential game titles in video files, a new indicator in Navbar20.js will appear and track the progress of the current scan until all files are successfully scanned. Needs to be tested on big libraries to ensure it tracks properly.

Not sure why but after merging this and deploying the games section seems to be working correctly again for me.

Ha nice, yeah I found a bug where if it couldn't find a specific clip, it would keep trying and refuse to load the rest of the clips. Now, if it can't find a clip when loading a game page, it will simply skip it, and continue rendering the rest of the clips. Hopefully that helps out that other fella in that other thread.
