connecting to remote redis server

hi, i have ubuntu wsl on windows 10 and installed redis-server package on ubuntu.  i want to connect to remote redi server using redis cli of ubuntu wsl. it says connection refused.
am able to ping google.com from wsl but not able to connect to remove redis server using cli.

any suggestions ?
