- added model_config.py. idea is to parse for tokens/default settings
- added new utility script - updated conda yaml - no changes to the core codebase
- added continuous batching scripts - tested speculative decoding a bit more- need to get it working with the continuous batching scripts as well - updated discord link in README.md
