This doesn’t actually work since the widget is just an iframe; it loads matrix.to in the frame. |

There’s some ability for widgets to communicate with Element but I haven’t read through it. It might offer what we need. |
Since the widget is just an iframe, the link opens matrix.to in the frame instead of controlling Element.
