[Bug] Installation shows incorrect file on extraction

Filename of downloaded file was correctly retrieved for download and hash check, but for extraction it shows different filename

It should be $(url_remote_filename $url), not $fname. I've fix it in #3502, (L595 of lib/install.ps1)
