Add KaiROS AI as example application

Adds KaiROS AI to the examples gallery—a production Windows WPF desktop application that demonstrates local LLM inference with GPU acceleration, model management, and a streaming chat UI.

Changes

• README.md: Added KaiROS AI to the examples list.

This example demonstrates building a complete desktop application with LLamaSharp, including:

• Model catalog
• Built-in REST API server for integration
• Download management
• Streaming responses
• Performance monitoring

However, the docs/examples folder isn't intended for this kind of thing. It's for documenting the example code included in the examples project: https://github.com/SciSharp/LLamaSharp/tree/master/LLama.Examples/Examples

Could you remove docs/Examples/KairosAI.md and the YAML change, and just keep that readme change? Thanks.
