Add saved phone number to the 1CC user registration flow.

Description

Add the feature to save customer's phone number upon user registration with the new 1CC flow.

Types of Changes

Changes

• Save customer's phone number used in billing information in user registration with the new 1CC flow

How to Test-Drive This PR

• Check out as a guest user, and check the box to "Save for Future Use" (i.e., user registration)
• Upon successful user registration, the user is logged in, and the phone number is saved.
