Image touchpad zoom is too sensitive, doesn't prevent browser view zooming

Describe the bug

Zooming in on an image with the touchpad, the sensitivity is too high, and the normal touchpad zooming is still happening (notice the UI zooming in too).

Reproduction

1. Open an image
2. Use pinch-to-zoom on a touchpad

Expected behavior

Let the browser do the zoom, or prevent the browser zoom and make the sensitivity lower

Sable inherited Cinny's image viewer and threw some patches on top to make it slightly better but its filled to the brim with issues, gonna need a complete rewrite (or import it from somewhere) at some point.
Although I agree that this specific issue can probably be mitigated by just preventing browser zoom.
