Pull Request Overview
This PR modifies the GitHub workflow trigger for Sumaform validation to exclude BV (Build Validation) and Personal terraform files from validation checks.
- Updates the path filter to be more specific (*.tf files only)
- Excludes build-validation terraform files from triggering the workflow
- Maintains existing exclusion for PR-testing-template.tf
