Standard core images (e.g., core-image-minimal or core-image-full-cmdline)
do not include DISTRO_EXTRA_RDEPENDS, which can lead to missing initrd
packages even when the feature is enabled.
By appending ${INITRD_PACKAGE} to packagegroup-core-boot, we ensure that
the configured initrd is consistently included across all images.

Add fwumdata tool and bootcount service to packagegroup-core-boot to ensure firmware update metadata and rollback capabilities are available across all images. Signed-off-by: Dario Binacchi <[email protected]>

This series introduces the necessary changes in meta-st-openstlinux to
support the new metadata-driven A/B firmware update flow.
Please refer to the related PR in meta-st-stm32mp ([1]) for the full technical
rationale and implementation details of the fw-update-ab feature.
Regarding the patches included in this series, only the last one is connected
to the new firmware update feature, while the first patch is an independent
fix required to correctly generate standard core-minimal and core-full_cmdline
images.
