quickstart: files are missing for NUCLEO-N657X0-Q

The quickstart instructs users to flash Binary/NUCLEO-N657X0-Q_network_data.hex and Binary/NUCLEO-N657X0-Q_GettingStarted_InstanceSegmentation.hex, however neither of these files are present.

It has been fixed in v2.2.0 with all-in-one binaries.
