Package for conda-forge

I was talking with @agahkarakuzu about turn https://github.com/roboneurolibre/editorial_parcellation or another published article into a example for JupyterLite. One of the road blocks is that repo2data is not available from conda-forge. If there are no objections, I would like to package repo2data for conda-forge.

I will push a major refactoring and enhancement to this project soon, but I can push it to conda forge in the meantime if that's needed.
