[BUG] "+ Insert" button does not work in Quick Start #821

This button does not do anything.
Expected Behavior
We should be able to attach files.

Click to button and see.

Additional context
Additionally, the display of "Type / to get started" disappears as soon as we enter something.
Can we keep it displayed?
